I have put alongside one another some of my favourite dishes to serve up midmorning on a Sunday. They make the great deal with to spoil mum with, or a particular somebody to you.

My Favourite Bircher Muesli

This is a healthy version of bircher muesli, loaded with protein, fibre and high-quality fat. Choice to make it vegan far too.

This granola ticks all the boxes and is a breeze to whip up. Serve with yoghurt and berries or seasonal fruit.

These are so effortless to make, totally packed with flavour and have a hint of indulgence with the heat, oozing chocolate filling.

French Toast with Maple Strawberries

French toast procured from a café is typically sugar-laden and not extremely nutritious. This model of French toast preferences just as decadent but is sweetened with only a contact of maple syrup and delectable berries!



Corn & Zucchini Fritters

These multipurpose fritters pack a punch when it arrives to veggies and flavour. They pair correctly with my go-to contemporary avocado salsa on leading. I hope you get pleasure from them as significantly as I do!

Uncomplicated Eco-friendly Eggs

This dish can be created using whichever eco-friendly veggies you have in the fridge – I like kale, spinach and Brussels sprouts most! Increase some pesto or chilli flakes to complete it off – yum!
