Easter Hostess Schedule

Two Days Ahead of:

• Invest in bouquets
• Buy wine
• Grocery shopping
• Iron linens
• Make bunny napkins
• Choose outfit!

Just one Day Just before:

• Make salad dressing and refrigerate
• Thaw seafood (if utilizing frozen)
• Established table

The Working day Of:

• Morning:
  • Chill wine (whites and rose)
  • Bake Cake
• Afternoon (one – two hrs ahead of visitors get there):
  • Get ready Deviled Eggs but hold filling and egg whites different
  • Get ready salad (never add the dressing)
  • Prep elements for seafood linguine (have them all ready to be cooked)
• 30 minutes before friends get there
  • Finish Deviled Eggs and pipe in the filling to each individual egg white. Retail store in fridge until finally friends arrive
